Abstract:

The project of the United States Monitoring System for Water Resources was created. This system united the possibilities of different kinds of existed systems for observation of water objects and possibilities of high technologies, including conversional. One of the main aims of this system was released in the zones of large scale industrial disasters connected with influence of natural water.
