Abstract:

This paper presents experimentation regarding a model for deciding the optimum number of resources that should be allocated to a project. Measures of task and process flexibility are used to see how they affect process production. Upon quantifying those flexibilities we measure System Gain. To assist in the measurements, we convert discrete 2-D data of system characteristics to continuous functions in a 3-D plot.
