Abstract:

Due to the problem existed in the traditional management consulting of construction enterprise, the author has developed the MCAD (Management Computer-aided Diagnosis) technology which is suitable for diagnosis of construction enterprise management, and the paper introduces the SEBI (Synthetic Economic Benefit Index) diagnosis and IERT (Inverted Evaluation Review Technique) as well MCpA (Management Capacity Analysis) method of MCAD. The procedure and some applied results of MCAD are also introduced in the paper.
