Abstract:

The rapidly changing arena of computer and information technology has an impact on civil engineering education, what is taught, how it is presented, type of homework, maintaining computer facilities, and the level of computer fluency expected of civil engineering graduates. This paper will present in light of developing some guidelines to help department implement an integration philosophy.
