Abstract:

CPMLevel is an MS Windows computer program that utilizes the minimum moment algorithm to smooth the histogram of a resource in both traditional and overlapped CPM networks. It has interactive graphics facilities that demonstrate the procedure and also allow the creation and testing of other heuristics.
