Abstract:

The Wissota Hydroelectric Project is a 70 year old slab and buttress dam which required rehabilitation due to deteriorating concrete. Due to restrictions imposed by the FERC and Owner, an innovative design and construction sequence of repair activities was required to rehabilitate the structure.
