Abstract:

The response accuracy of the pseudo dynamic test was evaluated from the shake table and pseudo dynamic tests conducted for a two story steel braced frame model. The obtained responses were compared, and their correlation was estimated. It was found from the comparison as well as post numerical analysis that the accuracy of the pseudo dynamic response is very satisfactory.
