Abstract:

The purpose of the survey is to provide basic data for coastal zone development of China. The scope of survey is a long narrow belt area alongshore. The contents of the survey include data on environmental and social-economic conditions. The expenditure of the survey is mainly funded by local governments along the coast and partly subsidized by the central government.
