Abstract:

The papers presented in this publication discuss the different levels within an organization for improving productivity. The three main areas covered include: (1) Tracking and controlling costs at project level including construction management, project planning, accounting control, and scheduling; (2) motivating people including motivation of project managers and department heads in consulting firms, employee review, and motivation myths and realities; and (3) managing organizational resources such as computerized management information systems, staffing, and management matrix development.
