| Abstract: |
Based on the analysis of emergency resources scheduling factors and the features of one kind special dynamic incident (hidden-trouble vehicles), the adaptability of classic scheduling models are evaluated. An improved optimization model of dynamic emergency resources scheduling in expressway is developed. Finally, the expressway network in Jiangsu Province is used to validate the model. With the historic data and the new model, a new emergency resource scheduling scheme is given, which can effectively schedule a police officer for holding off the hidden-trouble vehicle. |
