| Abstract: |
By analyzing the main factors of introducing passenger dedicated line into railway terminals, this paper determines the evaluation indicators system of introducing passenger dedicated line into railway terminals. Then this paper sets up the CCR model with non-Archimedean based on DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), which the DMU (Decision Making Unit) is each planning scheme and the evaluation indicators are the input or output variables of the CCR model. Thus, the evaluation of introducing passenger dedicated line into railway terminals can be realized by applying the improved DEA model to the sorting of DMUs’ effectiveness and analyzing the problems existed in less-effective DMUs. Finally, an example is employed to test and verify the applicability of this method applied to the evaluation of introducing passenger dedicated line into railway terminals. |
