Abstract: In order to ensure the practical effect of the transportation on passenger dedicated line, a certain capacity must be reserved when painting operating program. Based on qualitative analyzing the distribution model on passenger dedicated line, This paper presents the layout rules of the different levels of train operating program under the reserve capacity distribution mode of redundancy on passenger dedicated line and then establishes the mathematical models of the redundancy in districts and stations, which will provide the basis for painting train operating program and the computer simulation of the train operating effects.
