Abstract: With the rapid development of transportation, the competition between different means of transportation is becoming increasingly fierce, where passenger satisfaction is one of the main reasons that the public select the means of transportation. Therefore, the evaluation of railway passenger satisfaction is significant for the improvement of railway transportation service quality. This paper, based on the analyses of railway passenger transport services, has proposed an index system for the evaluation of railway passenger satisfaction, and meanwhile, verified the index system and thereby given relevant suggestions.
