Abstract: The paper aims to carry out safety comprehensive evaluation as one of effective means to reduce traffic accidents, especially serious accidents. The multilevel index system of road transportation enterprises was constructed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) based on the investigation circumstances of safety status. The model also analyses various factors affecting safety in road transportation enterprises. Confirmed weight value of each index by grey relational grade, index of evaluation factors could be quantified and digitized by the method of average value analysis. The comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of road transportation enterprises is established. Traffic accidents could be prevented and decreased if fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to road transportation enterprises. Road traffic accident has become a serious threat to people when they enjoy the convenient and efficient road traffic service. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a safety comprehensive evaluations index system of road transportation enterprise which conforms to our domestic situation. This paper establishes a model of road transportation enterprise production safety comprehensive evaluation and analyzes examples based on grey system theory and fuzzy comprehensive theory.
