Abstract: This paper discusses the influences on moisture susceptibility of emulsion treated cold recycled asphalt mixtures by different RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) contents and 100% RAP mixture with various Portland cements. Results of Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) indicate that TSR reduces slightly with the increase in RAP content of mixtures, but all are around 60%. The TSR of emulsion asphalt cold reclaimed asphalt mixture containing 100%RAP increases considerably from 57% to 77% by the addition of 1% Portland cement, but it changes slightly with the increase in the Portland cements contents from 1% to 3%.
