| Abstract: |
Multi-varieties small batch passenger car interflow assembly line is a JIT flexible production system. To resolve the problem of the time efficiency and consider several kinds of vehicles in the assembly line system, a time colored Petri Net (TCPN) model was built as it is effective to solve a complex real system problem by modeling. The system was simulated and analyzed by AutoMod software according to the total amount, the utilization and the average amount, and a better project has been achieved by adjusting the resource allocation position and simulating repeatedly. |
