Abstract: The beverage industry has been the key rising industry because of its huge market. With the maturity of RFID Technology and the development of Internet of Thing, the mode of beverage industry in combination with the Internet of Thing can expected to be realize soon, which has changed the traditional distribution and retailing methodology in beverage industry. In this paper, we elucidate the construction model for the Internet of Thing based on the RFID Technology, analyze the method of the Internet of Thing in combination with the traditional distribution and retail of beverage industry and introduce some solutions to RFID Technology in the beverage industry carried out in foreign countries especially in Germany. In light of the domestic reality, we have made a research on issues of applying RFID Technology to beverage industry through some cases of foreign countries, to explore the methods of application of the Internet of Thing to domestic beverage industry based on the achievements of application of RFID Technology in overseas counterparts. Finally we have made a conclusion of feasible applications in China to promote the development of Internet of Thing in domestic beverage industry.
