| Abstract: |
ISM is a method that can be applied to a system to better understand both direct and indirect relationships among the system’s components. By adopting the tool of Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM) methodology, this paper analyzes the influencing barrier factors of government procurement performance and makes its classification in level, and then proposes the ISM model of influencing barrier factors of government procumbent performance. Through this model, we can see the leading factors of optimization for government procurement and the mutual influences among the barrier factors and give some suggestions. |
