With the increase of train speed on Chinese railways, the problem about the running safety and the ride comfort of train is increasingly serious. In this paper, a real reinforced bridge, named the Yunliang River Bridge, is investigated as an example. Dynamic properties of a train passing through the bridge are simulated with the train-track-bridge dynamics simulation software TTBSIM based on the train-track-bridge coupled vibration theory. Simulated results indicate that when the Chinese CRH2 motor train set passes the bridge at the speed range form 160 to 250 km/h, the running safety is guaranteed, and the dynamic performances of the train and the bridge are all meet requirements of relevant regulations. The reinforcement of the bridge is effective. |
