Abstract: PressureCast Steel Pipe utilizes a new (patent pending) manufacturing and design process that allows higher design stress levels in mortar- or concrete-lined steel cylinders while providing a pipe that is much more rugged and less expensive to install when compared to ordinary steel pipe. This paper presents the laboratory and full-scale material and manufacturing testing accomplished to verify the design performance of PressureCastTM Steel Pipe.
