Abstract: The components of mixed filling roadbed are complex, and the variability is big. This paper focuses on the monitoring technology of construction quality after compacting mixed filling roadbed. Based on the vibratory roller and roadbed interactive dynamic characters, the dynamic model has been built. By analyzing the model, the relationship between the dynamic response acceleration of the vibratory roller and the roadbed structure resistance has been obtained. The continuous informative response of the vibratory roller can be monitored by using the monitoring system established on the basis of the vibratory roller. The correlation between the dynamic response acceleration and the corresponding deflection is good. After calibrating the acceleration by deflection, the controlled acceleration standard can be developed The feasibility and advanced characteristics have been validated by monitoring the construction quality of mixed filling roadbed.
