Abstract: The development of the logistics industry has strongly driven the growth of the national economy. At the same time, the development of the national economy has given a great push to the logisitics industrial upgrade. In this paper, a regression model has been drawn up and combined with the data of industry and the national economy to set up a relativity model on the development and national economy level of the logistics industry. On the basis of this theoretical model, taking Chengdu city as a research object, some related data of this city from 1994 to 2003 have been collected to carry on the empirical analysis. Finally, some conclusions have been drawn: some relevance exists in the development of the logistics industry and the national economy and the logisitics industry development has made this high-speed growth of the national economy GDP a remarkable success.
