Abstract: Understanding and developing one’s ability to do successful research requires a commitment. It’s about continuous adult learning and ongoing involvement in understanding the process of inquiry, discovery, invention, and innovation. To achieve these objectives a learning and research process framework is vital. Integrating these frameworks into the research paradigm allows us to enhance the personal research and learning process. This is the personal, inner challenge of every scientist and engineer.
