Abstract:

A full-scale renovation of the interior of Oklahoma City's Civic Center Music Hall required shaving much of the depth from two trusses under load conditions, installing new foundation structures around the existing footings, and using mats originally designed for military airfields to protect newly constructed floors while the existing ones were demolished, all without disturbing the exterior walls or roof.
