This paper describes the major Hydraulic Structures of the Eastside Reservoir Project. These include the Inlet/Outlet Tower, the P-1 Pressure Tunnel, the P-1 Pumping Plant, the Forebay and its connection to the San Diego Canal, the Eastside Pipeline and Secondary Inlet, and the large diameter yard piping. The paper also describes the two fixed wheel gates and the major valves involved in the project. |
