Abstract:

Pumping stations are literally the heart of most sewer system operations and sewage treatment plant processes. Current studies show that a small improvement of pump efficiency will offer a large return on investment for pumping stations, and use of the least-cost method for management of pumping system is an advanced and reliable technology which can either improve the efficiency of equipment or increase the capacity of pumping.
