After a brief survey of the setbacks awaiting firms that have not planned properly for leadership changes, a description is given of the mentoring program s in place at Stanley Consultants. Three programs are available, making ti possible for aspirants to broaden their management and leadership skills, benefit from the tutelage of a project manager, or try their hand at marketing and generating new business for the firm. The benefits that the programs confer on both the participants and the company as a whole are discussed. |
