Abstract: Through the study of individual choice of suppliers by enterprises, a generalized nested logic model (GNLM) is constructed in this paper based on maximum utility theory to find the main factors affecting enterprises' choice of suppliers in the hope of providing some relevant references to the improvement of suppliers' services and the enlargement of their market share.
