Abstract: CHS Field, the new home of the St. Paul Saints, the city’s independent professional baseball team, was constructed on a former brownfield site heavily contaminated from years of industrial use. But a collaborative effort by engineers, architects, city officials, and other stakeholders has transformed the site into a public amenity designed for multiple uses that is also considered one of the most sustainable ballparks in the nation.
