Abstract: Project team is a broad term. In general, it encompasses all the people and organizations working on the project—architect, engineer, consultants, client, client's consultants, and perhaps contractors. As a practical matter, the full project team is rarely assembled in one place or for one purpose. However, design management must be pursued wherever the people reside. This must be done throughout the life of the project.
