Abstract:

The implementation of permeable pavement installations and practices are expanding and becoming more commonplace. With this increased usage comes expanded and improved information on design, installation, and maintenance practices. While applied research and field experience have supported permeable pavement use and development over the past thirty years, there is a need for additional research, information, and data to support this trend and to aid the industry and users in realizing improved function, longevity, and verification design of goals.
