Abstract:

In the research lab, design office, fabricating shop, or on construction site, it is the project manager (PM) who must pull diverse talents and personalities into a project team. Depending on the organization, this role is often called program manager, task force manager, or project team leader. Few would argue that the project manager is crucial to almost any successful endeavor.
