Abstract: Once they understand that things can be different, many teams and leaders decide they'd like to see what's involved in developing further as a team. The drive for this may be a sense of great opportunity or simply dissatisfaction with things as they are. Dissatisfaction may stem from noting that group morale, productivity, mutual support, and/or communication are just not what they ought to be. It's important to remember that the world seems to work against teamwork, with shortages, changes, staff turnover, and overload.
