Computer Applications in Groundwater Hydrologyby Joseph Foley,
Serial Information: Transactions of the American Society of Civil Engineers, 1961, Vol. 126, Issue 3, Pg. 159-175
Document Type: Journal Paper
Four problems were programmed for use on general purpose computer (1) drawdown computation, (2) aquifer constants T and S , (3) well spacing, and (4) capacity of well system; first two problems are more adaptable to digital computer, whereas latter two are more suitable to analog; problem of determining aquifer constants from test data were programmed on Univac.
