Abstract:

Is the design and construction industry more productive today than it was a decade ago? Is it matching the achievements in productivity attained by other industries? Are technological advances being applied to the fullest possible extent? The answers may require a critical look at the data in the current use and will definitely require consensus regarding productivity metrics. A collaborative approach will help the industry move forward.
