Abstract:

An underwater pipeline that has set records for its 55 in. (1,397 mm) diameter and 3,000 ft (914 m) depth stretches nearly 2 mi (3 km) from the shore of Hawaii to bring cold seawater to aquaculture businesses on the Big Island.
