This report presents the HITEC evaluation of a plastic stop sign manufactured by ALL SIGN Products, Inc. The evaluations of the ALL SIGN Polycarbonate Stop Sign include the results of a series of laboratory and field tests and an analytical evaluation. The evaluation tested the product's retroreflectivity, color, and appearance under normal conditions and the effects of weathering and graffiti.
