The Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) is the largest public works legislation in U.S. history, providing significant funding increases for virtually every form of transportation. With transportation funding increases exceeding 40% over the next six years, the design and construction industry stands to greatly benefit from this massive deluge of transportation spending.
