Abstract:

The Hydrologic Engineering Center has developed a next generation Flood Damage Analysis computer program for formulating and evaluating flood damage reduction plans. The program design is consistent with federal and Corps of Engineers policy and technical requirements. It includes risk-based analysis procedures. The program operates on Window NT and 95, and Unix-based Motif platforms.
