Abstract:

This proceedings, Transportation Congress: Civil Engineers?Key to the World's Infrastructure, contains papers presented at the Transportation Congress 1995 in San Diego, California, October 22-26, 1995. This proceedings provides not only state-of-the-art information on a wide range of transportation topics, but it also raises and discusses issues that provide direction for the future.
