Abstract:

This article is a roundup of three major infrastructure projects in the San Diego area. Each of these projects will be features in the technical tours portion of the ASCE conference in October. The San Diego Trolley extension, the seismic retrofit of the I-8/I-5 and I-8/I-805 interchanges and the International Wastewater Treatment Plant and Ocean Outfall are each highlighted.
