Abstract: This proceedings, Integrated Water Resources Planning for the 21st Century, contains papers presented at the 22nd Annual Conference of ASCE's Water Resources Planning and Management Division held in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 7-11, 1995. Much attention was given to the principles of watershed-based planning and sustainable development as underlying foundations for sound water resources protection and development.
