This paper is to briefly present the objectives and approaches of the Panel Discussion on test cases to be developed for 3d free surface flow model verifications, so that professionals interested in attending this session shall be better prepared to contribute their expertise and experience to improve and perfect these test cases in order to bring this important task to its successful conclusion.
