Abstract:

This is a technical information paper with the intention of introducing a new product. It is not the intent of the author to use this as a marketing tool. However, it is the intent to introduce the AquaCalc to the public. The author will discuss the history of discharge measurements, describe how the AquaCalc fits into the existing surface water records management system, discuss the savings associated with using the AquaCalc over conventional methods and present formatted output from the AquaCalc.
