Abstract:

Preparation or defense of construction claims is inherently time consuming and often counter-productive. This outline discusses some tools currently used in the construction industry to increase the productivity of this process, and in some cases to enhance the credibility of the results. Future directions in the automation of construction claims analysis are also discussed.
