Abstract:

GLOBAL OUTPOST, Inc., with significant NASA assistance, proposes to place an External Tank (ET) of the space shuttle in orbit for commercial purposes. The OUTPOST Platform is designed to provide various commercial services including a construction capability to an emerging into the development of new industries and technologies, and can be a key factor in the creation of a space-based commerce. The OUTPOST platform can accommodate construction applications with assistance from Martin Marietta and others contractors, working in conjunction with NASA.
