Abstract:

Composite trussed arch bridge is a new type bridge structure developed in China recently, It has the following features: good integrality, reasonable inner force distribution, great spanning capacity and simple construction facilities. It is one of the long span bridge with the strongest competitive. In this paper the dynamic behaviours and aseismic capacity of this structure were analyzed by a 3-D nonlinear earthquake response analysis program to take Jiangjiehe bridge as engineering object. It has been proved that this structure has better aseismic capacity.
