Abstract:

Analytical expressions are derived for predicting the flexural and torsional rigidities during the pre-cracking and post-cracking stages for horizontally- curved waffle slab structures. The experimental program consisted of nine tests on scaled models of curved concrete waffle slabs. The experimental investigation confirm the analytical predictions.
