Abstract: This paper presents a new approach for calculating the distribution factors for slab-on-girder bridges. This method considers the coupling of longitudinal and transverse effects. The governing differential equations are solved using Fourier Series to provide accurate solutions. The results obtained from this study are compared with other published literature.
