Abstract:

Technology innovation is vital for the survivability of the construction industry. Construction firms must develop new techniques in order to deliver cost effective and quality projects. An essential factor in this process is management of technological innovation. A framework has been proposed which will enhance technology innovation process in the industry. The framework emphasizes personnel human resource management.
